Our Christmas Coffee takes root beneath a canopy of Gravilea, Chalun, and fruit trees. Here, local producers nurture their crops in harmony with nature - a landscape where biodiversity thrives and flavour flourishes.

Warm days and crisp mountain nights help each cherry develop its depth and sweetness. Once harvested, the beans make their way to the La Central Bodega in San Antonio Huista, where they’re carefully cleaned, winnowed, and prepared for their journey to the dry mill near Guatemala City.

The result is a coffee that captures the season perfectly - rich, comforting, and full of quiet complexity.
