Friends, we are on the hunt for a dynamic new member of our coffee loving team - Field & Partner Executive.
We have lots of new projects coming up and in turn are looking for someone who can support the business in a client-facing capacity - both face-to-face and digitally. Experience with sales and time management is a must, whilst knowledge of coffee equipment is desirable but not a necessity.

Support Cloud Picker Coffee's business objectives through the management of partners and their growing needs.
- Implement suitable coffee programs in partner stores in order to increase sales and add value to the clients brand
- Develop and grow partner relationships
- Become the trusted advisor for all partner matters
- Build and champion partner usage of online ordering processes
- Work with Sales Manager to deliver an ever improving offering to our partners
- Provide a fast and direct response to partners needs and objectives
- Responsible for the development and achievement of partner volume growth
- Communicate clearly and update Sales Manager and partners on their growth quarterly
- Assist with or provide direct response for escalating issues and troubleshooting
- Present and showcase Cloud Picker Coffee as adaptive and reactive to clients developing needs
- Work in conjunction with Service Engineers and Barista Trainers with regard to current and potential account activities
- Upkeep and record partner volumes and activity to build real and factual business data
- Focus on growing and developing existing partners through coffee volume and point of sales items
- Target new business opportunities by using a pipeline reporting
- To support Sales Manager with management of installations of new business wins and providing thorough briefing for the Service Engineers
- Provide support to the Sales Manager in offering solution based sales for potential partners
- Track and trace new products to market and update Sales Manager on their benefits to Cloud Picker Coffee
- Track and trace competition vendors
- Manage and update the partner orders portal
- Understand and offer thorough planning for all partners
- Identify future Cloud Picker Coffee and partner needs
- Forecast and track key partner metrics to support the Roasting Manager's targeted buying projections
- Demonstrated sales record (1+ years) at a high level of achievement
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of business
- Technical experience with espresso equipment desirable
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Strong commercial ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent IT skills, including use of SaaS products, Microsoft/Google assets
- Full / clean Irish Driver's License
