The mission of Project Waterfall is to give back to communities growing our coffee by investing in sustainable clean water, sanitation and hygiene projects. We first came across the team at Project Waterfall after they collaborated with Hario to produce V60 filter papers, with a percentage of sales going to Project Waterfall and their individual projects. Since 2011, they have raised over €1,700,000 to aid communities in coffee growing regions across Nicaragua, Tanzania, Rwanda, Vietnam, Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia.
