Shipping Policy

Couriers or Suppliers
We ship domestically using Fastway Couriers where applicable, at times where orders are larger than average DPD or An Post may be used. International orders are shipped using DPD, UPS, or An Post depending on destination and size of package. 

When shopping with Cloud Picker Coffee courier options are not applicable and it is urged to use your full contact details, including name, address, reachable phone number and Eir Code to allow the selected couriers to reach your address.

When will my order dispatched?
Our coffee is roasted fresh to order, together with our packing and shipping process orders can be expected to be processed in a 24 hour window Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays, weekends and the Christmas and Easter periods. 

International Shipping
We ship worldwide presently and shipping is calculated at checkout. Please allow extra time delays when shipping internationally to allow goods to process through many countries internal laws for checking and scanning export/import products.

What happens if I'm out or away when my delivery arrives?
Like most deliveries you would receive we strongly urge you to consider putting an address that will make it easy to find you, usually a work address works best. Couriers are meant to call you if they are having trouble locating you, so please leave your contact number when filling in delivery details at checkout. 

When will my subscription arrive?

Subscriptions are set based on the clients purchasing date, subscriptions then automatically and reordered based on the clients purchasing selections. Where a subscription production date falls on a public holiday or weekend the order will go into production the next working day. Where the roastery has an extended break, such as Christmas, we will request users log in and manually bring forward their orders to allow for early delivery.
