We're hiring a Junior Sales Executive!
We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join the Cloud Picker team and support how our coffee gets out into the world.
This role is about connection as much as it is about sales - building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping more people experience what we do. You’ll work closely with our Sales Manager, learning the ropes through doing: reaching out to new cafés and partners, supporting existing accounts, and getting a feel for the rhythm of wholesale and retail.
This is a role for someone curious, proactive, and people-focused - someone who wants to grow their commercial skills while being part of a small, quality-driven team. An interest in specialty coffee helps, but a genuine enthusiasm for people and product matters most.
Position: Junior Sales Executive
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Reports to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by targeting high-value accounts and strategic partnerships
- Maintain and manage CRM systems and sales databases, providing clear reporting to senior management
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the specialty coffee market
- Nurture and develop relationships with prospects throughout the sales funnel
- Support upselling opportunities with existing clients alongside the Sales Manager and Wholesale Account Executives
- Lead product presentations and prepare tailored proposals, including organising and conducting coffee tastings
- Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Support onboarding processes by ensuring accurate materials and maintaining client contact within the first month
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports
- Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Identify new wholesale and retail product opportunities to keep Cloud Picker at the forefront of innovation
- Manage and curate the retail equipment range, ensuring it remains relevant and well stocked
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - confident both on the phone and in person
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently and within a small, fast-moving team
- Full, clean driver’s licence
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Interest in or knowledge of specialty coffee, FMCG, or food & beverage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
