It’s official. Roast Your Own has landed at Cloud Picker.
This is your chance to step behind the roaster for a two-hour, hands-on experience where you’ll control the roast, feel the heat, and create your own small-batch coffee - from green bean to first crack.
Small, personal sessions (only two people at a time) mean you get full access to the process - guided by our expert team, fuelled by your curiosity! Did we mention you’ll leave with a box of beans roasted AND named after YOU!
No lectures. No demos. This is the real deal - learning by doing, feeling, tasting.

The course lasts for about 2 hours and is limited to 2 people. You will receive a masterclass manual, certificate of participation and your very own roast to take home.
Our 'Roast Your Own' experience will take place on a Saturday at 08.30, 11.00 and 14.00 and is subject to availability of the coffee roaster.
Each of our experiences will take place in our cafe on Pearse Street. The cafe is fully equipped with professional equipment to give you full practical experience.
