Grown at 1,550–1,650 metres by producers in San Antonio Huista, this washed coffee brings comforting sweetness with a delicate floral lift. Caturra, Catuai and Bourbon varieties grow beneath indigenous and fruit trees in Guatemala’s renowned Huehuetenango region.

Notes of milk chocolate, custard and golden raisin.

A welcome return from an old favourite. Produced by members of the COOPAFSI cooperative in San Ignacio, this washed coffee pairs gentle juiciness and delicate acidity with a soft, sweet profile. The cooperative supports its growers through technical, social and financial initiatives.
