Refund and Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the last item in your order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email to ) before the 14-day period expires.
Returning the goods: Once you've notified us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exemptions from the right of withdrawal: The following items are excluded:
- Perishable goods (e.g. roasted coffee, tea, chocolate)
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
- Personalised or custom-made items made to your specifications
- Gift cards
- Subscriptions where the first delivery has already been made
- Tickets for events or training classes
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or, if earlier, of you providing proof that you've sent the goods back), using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you've expressly agreed otherwise.
Shipping costs refunded: As part of your refund, we will also refund the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a premium or expedited shipping option, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery option — the difference is non-refundable.
Partial refunds: Partial refunds may apply where an item is not in its original condition due to handling beyond what's necessary to establish its nature, or where it's returned outside the timeframes above, except where this was due to our error.
Perishables (24-hour notice): Coffee, tea and chocolate cannot be returned for refund once more than 24 hours have passed since delivery, unless the order received differs from the order placed, or we packed your delivery incorrectly.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.
Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Shipping costs you pay to return an item are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if we paid to send a replacement.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email to arrange an exchange.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. If it wasn't marked as a gift, we'll refund the original purchaser.
