We’re hiring a Production Assistant!
Cloud Picker is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hands-on production role at our Dublin Roastery.
Your position is crucial in the smooth running of our business and further development of the Cloud Picker brand. Being able to multitask is incredibly important as this position requires diligence at every step.
As a key player in our daily operations, you'll support the smooth flow of production - from packing and dispatching coffee to maintaining our workspace and engaging in quality control. This role is ideal for someone self-driven, curious, and eager to contribute to the ongoing development of our craft and brand.
The ideal candidate will be someone who also enjoys working closely with people, in a close-knit team.

Production Environment
- Maintain the upkeep of the production environment.
- Cleaning of roasting accessories (bins, white bins, etc.) and alert other production staff of these tasks when needed
- Assist in the cleaning of the production warehouse and lab area

Other duties as assigned
Continual Education and Ongoing Development - Help advance the craft of roasting

Taste and evaluate roasting profiles alongside QC

Participate in team and staff meetings
Duties - Loading / unloading deliveries, green coffee
- Grinding and packing of roasted coffee in an organised manner
- Careful and precise application of bag labels and roast dates
- Dispatching orders
- Cleaning and maintenance of the roastery equipment and work space
- General assistance around the roastery including the delivery of green coffee
- Regular cupping and quality control
- Assist in the bagging of roasted whole bean and ground coffee and the grinding of roasted whole bean coffee
- Excellent written and verbal skills

Attention to detail
- Competency in use of email, spreadsheets and other computer applications
- Reliable and self-sufficient

Barista experience, if you can make a flat white that is handy but certainly not necessary - we will teach you!
