This time we have Michelin star pastry chef Tara Gartlan producing the most unbelievable handmade chocolates! Three amazing flavours: Salted Caramel, Pumpkin Spice and “Flat White” of course made with our Kenyan Gachatha.
Tara also turned our organic apples from our own orchard in Wicklow into the most luscious apple jelly which we will be using in our teas and specialty drinks! As well as our organic hazelnuts into a syrup for our coffees! Like seriously! Stop by our cafe on Pearse Street if you want to experience them for yourself!
