Nyarusiza is one of two washing stations owned by producers, Epiphanie and her son Samuel Muhirwa. Samuel has worked hard to improve process quality by experimenting with methods and lot separation. The coffee from the surrounding micro regions possess a unique flavour that make this a really exciting, flavourful Rwandan.
