This is a wonderfully clean, sweet coffee with light caramels and gentle cacao notes. Excellent as espresso and very easy drinking, it's a great example of how much decaffeination processes have improved in recent years. It's also organically certified.

The water decaffeination process is a natural process that does not use any chemical solvents. This method uses water from the Mexican mountains to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99% caffeine-free, while maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavour characteristics.
