Burr:
Manufactured in Europe, the Encore’s 40 mm conical burrs will grind for many styles of coffee. Conical burrs grinders are exceptional at producing consistent grinds from very fine to very coarse as well as being durable and will remain sharp for many years.
Grind Adjustment:
With 34 different settings, you can quickly adjust from fine for Moka Pot to coarse for French Press.
Grounds left in grinder:
To maximise freshness, the Wilfa Classic minimises the ground coffee left in the grinder.
Brewing Methods:
The Wilfa Classic Encore is a great grinder for any filter coffee. Please note we do not suggest it for espresso.

Speed Control:
The slow speed DC motor means that less heat is produced whilst grinding, this ensures the delicate aroma compounds in your coffee aren't lost during grinding.
