Decaffeination | Mountain Water Process
This sweet decaf, from a single estate in Mexico, is a great example of how much decaffeination processes have improved in recent years. It's also organically certified.

Santa Fé was established in 1824 in Chiapas, which at the time was part of northern Guatemala. The region was later integrated into Mexico and has since become one of Mexico's best coffee-producing regions, with huge improvements in quality over the last few years.

The Mountain Water decaffeination process is a natural process that does not use any chemical solvents. This method uses water from the Mexican mountains to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99% caffeine-free, while maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavour characteristics.
