A very clean decaffeinated coffee with an excellent plummy acidity, deep nutty flavours and a syrupy mouthfeel. This coffee is sourced from smallholders growing Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties in the Pitalito region of Huila, Colombia, then decaffeinated with the sugar cane method.

The sugar cane process uses a solvent (Ethyl Acetate) derived naturally from fermentation of sugar cane. It produces clean and bright coffee, and allows it to be processed at origin in countries where sugar cane is abundant.
